For the last 15 years, he have worked in a Spanish environment as the pastor of a Spanish speaking church in Toronto. This has required that Jonathan be completely comfortable speaking in both Spanish and English. Much of his time is invested in helping newcomers to Canada with their legal problems which has involved me in doing extensive translation interpretation work.
He is also the president of "Canadian Human Rights International Organization" (A Spanish language organization), which has involved him all the more in the English/Hispanic environment.
Although Jonathan specialize more than anything else in legal documents, he also has experience in translating theological, military, and business materials. Having worked as a pastor has allowed him to become familiar with theological language. As well, having worked for the Canadian Armed Forces for 10 years has given me the knowledge for translating military documents.
The names of our founders are Jonathan Whiteside and Jose Luis Caro, they are Translators and interpreters in Toronto. The languages they work with are Spanish, English, Italian, French and Portuguese.
Jonathan, who is currently dedicated to a different activities, was born in Colombia but of Canadian parents who lived and worked there. Although his education has always been in English, he grew up completely bilingual.
When he was a teenager, he came to Canada to attend high school and then he obtained an honours bachelor's degree in medieval history at the University of Toronto. This education had a lot to do with studying languages. Subsequently, he received a master's degree at Toronto Baptist Seminary.
